I WAS CLEANING AROUND MY HOUSE SINCE I NO LONGER HAVE THE HELP THAT I ONCE DID AND CAME ACROSS A HALF EMPTY BOTTLE OF ZYPREXA, WHICH WAS PRESCRIBED TO ME IN 2010 -2011. I DID A LOOK UP OF THE DRUG AND CAME ACROSS THE INFORMATION THAT THIS DRUG WAS DOING MORE HARM THAN HELPING. WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IF ANY?
You came across a half empty bottle. How many did you take? Have you had any problems? You should consult a local attorney if you believe you have been harmed by the drug. The attorney will be able to advise on the statue of limitations.
If you haven't had any harm, then you wouldn't have a claim; if there's a class action you may be included but still the issue--you can only claim for things that happened to you or a doctor feels will happen.
Drug companies have complete immunity in MI, so you cant sue them here. If there is a class action lawsuit in another state, you can look to be a part of that.
