Yes you can file a suit, but this might be a difficult case to win. The YMCA is not liable for your injury simply because you were injured on their property. There will only be liability if there was negligence. In other wortds, there must have been a negligent act or omission or a dangerous condition. You could argue that a patch of water that the Y should have known about, but keeping the floor dry during a basketball game might be an unrealistic expectation.
