Got FBI after accidenf November 2010 Learned about warrant while at family court. My public defender number 2 wrote da a statement explaining that I got TBi. PD number 3 trued to get blood out because police did not have warrant. Neither worked. I ended up pleading no conyest to DUi. I cznnot afford this. What can I do?
Now that you’ve admitted guilt, there’s nothing you can do. Ask about fee waivers for the classes. Speak to your lawyer.

If you have already concluded your case then you must do what you agreed to do, the DUI program is supposed to provide a sliding scale based on your ability to pay, the Judge has the ability to waive certain fine components unfortunately the increased insurance costs are part of settling your case.

Sorry to hear about this. If there had been a valid statute of limitations issue, you waived it by pleading no contest or guilty and resolving the case. You cannot go back and ask to assert that issue now. As other counsel have suggested, you can seek fee waivers on the classes. You can also ask to convert all fines and fees, and classes, too, to straight custody to avoid all the financial stress.
Having plead guilty to the offense whatever procedural defenses you might have had have been waived.
