About two years ago i was in a accident. There was 4 other passengers in the car. The accident was caused by one of the passengers grabbing the wheel , causing the car to run off the road. The person whos car i was driving did not have any insurance or registration. Now one of the 4 passengers is sueing me and im being stuck with everything even though none of it was my fault. Is there anything i can do?
If you didn't have any insurance, you would want to retain a car accident lawyer in your state to defend/resolve this for you. You can search Avvo's "find a lawyer" for a car accident lawyer.

It certainly sounds like you have a reasonable defense, based on the actions of the person who grabbed the steering wheel. But, since you were driving, you can be sued. If there is no insurance covering the car, you cold look to see if your policy (assuming you had one) might cover the loss. If you had insurance, at least tender the case to them to assess whether you're covered or not. If covered by your insurance, they would be obligated to defend you, and raise these issues of the fault of the other steering wheel grabber.
If you did not have any insurance, you will need to seek out a competent defense attorney to represent you on your own. While the cost of that defense might seem steep, the potential exposure could be far greater, and you may be able to work out a payment plan with that defense attorney.
Good luck to you!

Although there was no insurance on the vehicle you were driving, your own auto insurance may provide you with coverage and defend the case on your behalf. If you had an auto policy, you should contact them immediately to report the claim being made against you. Also, if you lived with a relative at the time of the accident who had an auto insurance policy, that policy may provide you with coverage as well. If you were not insured, either through your own policy or a resident relative's policy, you should consider hiring a defense attorney to represent you in this suit.
Assuming you have insurance forward teh lawsuit to your carrier.
