I was in a bad motorcycle accident. I was taken to the hospital in custody. Who pays the medical bills?

Not likely the county will pay your medical bills. Rather, it is more likely that they will file a hospital lien on your accident claim. Did the other vehicle have insurance? Did you have insurance on your motorcycle? My recommendation would be to call and get a free consultation from an attorney of your choice.

The best answer to that question will come from the Hospital's billing department. Call them and ask who they have billed and who they think is paying.
