I was fired from ashley furniture for a hot urine test,I smoked a joint at a picnic i was never told what my actual test results were and when i asked for them they never gave them to me and during the 6 years of working there i was never given a company handbook as to describing company policy do I have grounds for a lawsuit for lost wages?
This is most appropriately asked to an employment law attorney. Pennsylvania is an at-will employment state and technically they can fire you for any reason whatsoever. That being said, exceptions are made when someone is fired for race, sex, sexual orientation etc. An employment law attorney may be able to tell you whether they had a right to give you a urine test.

I agree with the other attorney: you should speak with an employment law attorney regarding this matter.
Also, in the future, you might want to think twice before you go onto the internet and admit to any illegal activity or use any identifying information (such as the name of your previous employer).
