I was falsely accused of an assault that I did not commit. The "victim" had his girlfriend testify as his witness so he had technically provided probable cause for arrest. I was arrested at my place of work on a warrant and I have suffered major emotional damages and financial damages. I am having the case sealed based on actual innocence. After I win the actual innocence, what action can I take against the person who filed the false report?
