they will bring the video footage for court or wittness. which one is considered as a correct evidence.
They will likely use both. The loss control person will come and bring a copy of the cd with them.
The State of Maryland has the burden of proving its case beyond a reasonable doubt. Walmart's interest will be represented by the state's attorney. typically they would bring in both the video evidence and witness the more evidence that is presented which is credible will make a stronger case and the stronger the case the more likely you will be convicted
They will most likely bring both. They will need the LP (or some otner employee) to authenticate the footage in order to have it admitted into evidence. You should have an attorney assisting you with this matter. It is never a smart idea to navigate the criminal justice system alone.
