I was charged with a D felony for aiding in a fraud and D felony for assisting a criminal(in different counties) signed a plea on both cases that said they were dropped to A misdemeanors for "sentencing purposes" and given a year probation in both cases. So question is was i convicted of D felony. And then dropped to mis. Or was i convicted of A misdemeanors? when i look up my background it shows D felony charges and not A misdemeanor so when applying for jobs thats what they see so do i prove they are misdemeanors and not felonies
You should get the official paperwork from the court so that you can show that in case you need to explain.
