i also have two other tickets from years ago will that affect me?
You should speak with an attorney before appearing in court to turn yourself in and discuss all your options. I do not know the specifcs of your case, but an attorney may be able to help you avoid jail or work to get you an option to get out. If you cannot afford a private attorney, you should speak with the public defender.

If this is on a warrant, bond may have been set on the warrant. You should have that money available. If this is a no bond you should be taken before a judge the next day, but you won't know what the judge will do, so no one can tell you how fast you will get out.
