Federal law prohibits transmission or receipt of images of minors that depict sexual activity, or the lascivious display of the genitals/pubic area. Google the "Dost Factors" for the test used by the courts to determine whether the images are lascivious. Even fully clothed images of minors can be deemed child pornography in certain circumstances. It is possible that a court could determine the content you describe on the website to be illegal. The penalties for child pornography violations are severe.

While you are not nude, you still may be breaking state laws that define these acts as unlawful.
Further, Even having a picture of one's self if you are a minor is considered having child pornography. If the pictures have been sent to someone there is the added charge of distributing child pornography. The authorities take these actions very seriously and will charge offenders when found.
Finally, nothing good ever comes from having these types of pictures on the Internet. You will find that these pictures are spread all over the Internet and then they may haunt you forever.
