I have lived with my boyfriend in Polk county for 15 years. An he and his mother went to the court to file an injunction against me they only tell one side of the story my boyfriend and his mother went to the DMV to get a driver license and my boyfriend used his brother name to obtain one in Florida he didn't get in trouble for it because his mother lied for him
You can either check the Clerk's website or call then and ask if there is an injunction with your name on it.
DV injunctions - temporary ones anyhow - are issues ex parte (with only one side of the story) but in order for them to become permanent you have to be served, a hearing must occur and you are then entitled to tell your side of the story.
As for the alleged DL fraud I don't know what that has to do with your question.
Feel free to call and report him (and his mom) to the cops and DMV.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
