Went to a friend's party and ordered a 36.00 item from her friend (which was a PO), she took my cc info and said it would be back in 3 weeks. But within a week the item came well I didn't want the item by then. So I called her and told her I was mailing it back but she said she never received it. So I cxled my cc info. Well because she worked for the court system she had me in court for 50.00 I did probation for a year paid fines, and it's still on my record! I honestly mailed it back never had a record ever but she abused her authority now I want it off.
I agree with the attorney above. Consult with a local attorney around you in order to proceed to get your case expunged. In CA, generally you are allowed to expunge a misdemeanor once your probation is terminated. Check with your local attorney to determine if this applies in your state. Good luck!
