My employer won’t start my fmla and I’m pregnant now they are giving me points for my doctors appointments I was suspended today for 3 days for going to a doctors appointments yesterday
Assuming you qualify for FMLA time (having worked for 12 months for a company with at least 50 employees), pregnancy-related doctor's appointments should be FMLA-covered. Call a lawyer to discuss next steps if you can't get anywhere with the company.
