I was taking foster care classes and one of the workers was taking pictures of my paper work on her cell phone which made me feel very uncomfortable It was because I had to re fill out somethig on my paper work and I told her I would give it right back to her she sed she wanted to get started on her work early is she allowed to do that. I sed are you going to erase those pictures when you are done she said yes but I still was not comfortable with her doing that at all, Can she legally take pictures of documents that have my cell phone number social security number and address and my personal inforamtion on it with her cell phone I thought there where laws against this and can she legally take pictures of DHS paper work on her cell phone although she said she would erase it later with out my permisson if so what type of civil case would this be>
