We were eating at a Chinese restaurant when a group of teenagers were staring and laughing the entire about 45 minutes we were there.... that's when I smelled my noodles! They had urine in them! I know they did.... I asked the waitress to smell and asked her if they were supposed to smell like that.... she had a panicked look on her face and said no quite loudly for the way she had been talking. When I started smelling the food the guys got up and left instantly. I'm very concerned because my children who were 3 and 1 were consuming the food. I threw up in a bag and I'm seriously considering sending it off for some testing to see if there's any DNA in it. Are there any charges I can press against them? What can I do?
You can't press charges; you can only alert the police. Since you were in a national park, federal law applies and a US attorney would make the filing decision.
