I did 144 days on my 4th dui charge and was kicked out on probation. My po is aware that I broke my ankle at work 2 months ago and am working restricted duty and still require physical therapy twice a week. I'm working on finding a lawyer to help me get compensation for this ordeal I will have to live the rest of my life with. I e mailed my po within 12 hours of my release. I was arrested in front of a bar in Nashville (downtown) after exciting barefooted because I broke my flip flop dancing. The ankle cuffs swelled my ankle terrible and is still swelled bad. I believe the odds of a warrant for violation is good unless they take into consideration my ankle. I curious to know if they will take that into consideration. If a law suit is possible against them if they do not. No space to finish
No website will tell you if you have violated. You have asked this question several different ways. The bottom line is that you will probably be violated. You need an attorney to fight the violation. I don't think you would have grounds for a lawsuit against the department. Good Luck.

I agree there is no website that will tell you if you have been violated. It sounds like a violation warrant will eventually be issued. You should contact your probation officer to check the status. I am unsure about what you mean by "ankle cuffs." Are you talking about a GPS monitoring system, a scram device or some sort of restraints put on you by the police?
I agree no website can tell you if you violated probation. You will need an attorney to fight any violation and present your best defenses. Best of luck.
