I was put on one year of da supervision probation in April 2015 for a misdemeanor. I never checked in or paid after the initial rules and conditions meeting. Fast forward to January 2016 i get arrested for another misdemeanor and got a MTR. The judge dismissed that and gave me another year probation. Still never went. I was on drugs bad. I had to leave the state to get myself together and now am trying to make it right. I have the money to pay everything I full. Will i have to face jail time if i attempt to make payment?
You should be able to make payments without a personal appearance. You can mail it or use a credit card online.
If there’s another app to revoke filed, you’ll need to get an attorney to help you deal with it. Getting all of your fees and costs paid off is a step in the right direction, especially if you’ve not gotten into trouble since.
You can probably pay the court costs and probation fees online. It will be 2 different offices. Once you pay everything in full, hire an attorney to help out with the Revocation.
