My ex wife has threatened legal action against me for any attempt to vaccinate our son. 1. Do I need her permission to vaccinate him? 2. Does she actually have any ability to take me to court over doing so and if so, for what?
If you share joint legal decision making, yes you’ll need her consent. If she refuses, you may need to consider modification of decision making; though if this is the only real issue, that will be a considerable challenge.
If you violate the order and unilaterally make the decision, she can ask the court to sanction you and/or to award sole decision making to her.
