Have had biopsy since being diagnosed with Mrsa a year ago . Several medical facilities and professionals have failed to treat the obvious my weight is 30 lbs less also been diagnosed with H-pylori,severe peptic ulcers, confirming Celiac disease, and mrsa still not cleared up and now get results of a non human parasite that's where I'm at now I've been to one particular ER and they never drew any blood even after being told I had mrsa 3 weeks prior then 3 days later took to different Er by ambulance.
Now if you can be your own medical expert... It is very problematic to prove that multiple professionals departed from accepted standards of care when they were faced with similar complaints and all missed the proper diagnosis, Should your damages and convictions guide you otherwise have local malpractice counsel enlist an expert to review the indicated records.
I am not sure if there is a question. Please consult a local medical malpractice attorney
To put it politely, you likely are not a medical expert in all, if any, of these fields. You need to consult with a medical malpractice attorney, who can investigate and determine whether they are interested in pursuing the case.

You need to contact a local medical malpractice attorney with litigation experience. From the short blurb that you have given us, it sounds like your case will cost more than it is worth. Medical malpractice cases are very difficult and expensive. When you claim malpractice because of MRSA it is very difficult, especially with the number medical facilities and professionals that have treated you. They will all point the finger at the other. You will need an expert for each professional unless you just pick one that caused it. Then the others will support each other. This is far from a clear case of neglect. Good luck.
