for men/husbands and their children? Often when women lie and falsely accuse some men/husbands of crimes they cant prove, because they got caught cheating. In order to get the upper hand, its taught by women from other women, who work through family court. But, It sets tones to future family civil matters giving a advantage to use later and often Viewed in court with or without any proof or actual charge on record. Men are punished without any regards of how it effects the best interests of the children's livelihood. What about providing FREE resources to protect the hard working men/husbands against such actions? Instead the state uses the false claim against him to rob him of financial resources and children's future relationships, because of this legal unjust systemThanks to all that responded
Part of your question is political, part is obvious frustration and anger. The following site is a good place to start: http://www.dadsamerica.org/resource.htm
The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advice" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyse this matter differently, especially if there are additional facts not reflected in the question. I am not your attorney until retained by a written retainer agreement signed by both of us. I am only licensed in California. See also avvo.com terms and conditions item 9, incorporated as if it was reprinted here.
There are resources available and anyone can take advantage of them. Start with your local courthouse and victim's advocate office.
The answers provided in this forum by me and transmitted by users of this forum are not to be considered legally binding in any way, nor is there an intent to form an attorney client relationship. If further information is required, seek competent legal counsel.
Yes, women do victimize men. They eve batter them, and then use the court system to continue the abuse. These men seldom speak up, so the stats are skewed.
But the governemtn is hardly likely to be the answer. Ever. (IMHO.)
All of Ms. Straus’ responses to questions posted on Avvo are intended as helpful information based upon the facts stated in the question, and are not to be relied upon as a full or complete legal opinion. It may not be what you wished to hear, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Ms. Straus has been licensed to practice law in California for 30 years. Ms. Straus regrets to report that you cannot get contact information about her in any way, shape or form, as Avvo wont let you. Good luck.
There are resources out there. You can find them on the Internet.
The other suggestion I have is to research how to deal with difficult people. It sounds as if you are dealing with a vindictive and manipulative person.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not. What determines Avvo Rating?Experience & background
