I moved out of my apt and left my boys there housing was helping them keep the apt. They got locked out after 4 month went their own ways. Now housing says i owe them for back rent. The neighbors says they will write me a statement saying that they haven't see my boys around for month. What can i do.?
This sounds like a landlord/tenant dispute rather than just a debt collection case.
You have asked a question about interrogatories, but then do not explain what they ask for, and ask what to do about it.
If you need more time, then a motion for extension of time to respond is likely what will stop the clock. But none of us out here knows enough details to even know where this case is pending, or who the interrogatories are due to, or what is at stake in the case.
Click on "Find a Lawyer" and locate an attorney in the area where the apartment and lawsuit are, and at the very least get some assistance in knowing where to go with this.

Mr. Elie is right, you need to repost (and re-phrase) your question. Post the question as a Landlord Tenant Law question and you will get responses from lawyers who practice in this field.

You should call the attorney for the party that is suing you and ask for an extension of time to answer the interrogatories. You should also bring all of the case papers to an attorney for a consultation. You may have several defenses to the case.
