would i be arrested when i go for may appointment for fingerprints and photographs . i was charged with making a false report by calling 911 and cancelling it at the same time really need legal help my appointment for fingerprints is tomorrow.
You need to speak to a local attorney in your jurisdiction. It is difficult to know based on your description who called you and made the appointment, etc. If this is a first offense I would expect you to be booked and given a court date, but it is also possible to take you into custody. While you might have trouble getting an attorney to answer tonight, you might find a talkative bail bondsman who might be able to get you on the phone with an attorney... and you might need both of their help.
Absent any prior criminal history, the fact that you received a summons indicates that the chances of being arrested are small. It is important, however, that you do NOT discuss your offense with the police officers. Instead, before going in to be fingerprinted or talking to ANYONE about this case, you should speak privately and confidentially with an experienced criminal defense attorney. Most here in Central PA, myself included, offer a brief initial consultation for no charge. If you do not have funds to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney, before getting fingerprinted, you should apply for court-appointed counsel by submitting an application to the Lebanon Co. public defender's office. Good luck.
I would hire a criminal defense attorney who practices in that county The chances of you being arrested I agree are low but you need to still go to the appointment tomorrow. The best thing you can do at this point is not to say anything else to anybody about your kids. Good luck.
Normally when you get a summons and often when arrested for a misdemeanor the police will not make an arrest but send you a notice to go to the station and have your photo taken and be fingerprinted. You need to do that before any hearing and you may have your attorney go with you. If you do not have it done the Judge make have you taken into custody at the hearing to have it done before posting a bond to be released.
This answer is generally how a lawyer would go about handling a termination of probation hearing. It is not a guarantee that a Court will terminate your probation and does not create a attorney/client relationship between us.
