I've been here since the age of 4 but in 2009 I was wrongly judged in a crime I didn't commit ...i came back and in 2017 I got caught driving and went thru immigration I'm still in immigration proceedings can I get daca like I said I meet all the daca requirements my sister has daca we were real poor back then that's why I didn't apply pllus I was scared I meet all requirements I went thru courts and they found me not guilty of any crimes lack of evidence I repeat wrongly charged do I still qualify for daca I have 3 kids us citizens they depend on me all my family is legal except me
