After work was complete as my realtor was putting it on sale he measured it and found out that house was 300 sqft shorter than what was mentioned by bank (House has couple of rooms which have sloped roof and some parts were shorter than 7' and my realtor says that areas cannot be counted as livable space). I will appreciate it if someone can tell me what are my legal options now? I understand I am up against a giant bank but still wanted to know the options.

Now you need to retain a KY litigation attorney to file suit for you. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE! YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE FOR LEGAL ADVICE. This is merely suggestions for you to think about in discussing your situation with the local attorney.
