HAVE TO GO BACK TO COURT JUNE 20, 2012. TO SHOW I PAID FINE AND WAS FINGER PRINTED. THE COURT APPT. ME A LAWYER, MY HEAD WAS SPINNING.
SHOULD I HIRE A LAWYER TO GO BACK TO COURT WITH ME?
Probably not. You already plead and paid the fine. You should consider hiring a lawyer in the future to try and take this off of your record. I'm not familiar with that code section, it looks like a local ordinance. Talk to an LA attorney and its likely you can clean up your record if you don't have any other run-ins with the law [and assuming you don't have a prior record].

Why was your head spinning. I don't see why you would need an attorney unless you are just totally confused.
Feel free to call me for a free consultation.
It sounds like you have done what you were supposed to . You can bring an attorney to make sure you fully understand what is happening.
