I parked in a parking spot at Wal mart. The sign said “ this parking spot is reserved for our law enforcement partners”
Walmart is private property. Can this parking ticket be enforced? I received a ticket
It was marked that I parked in a no parking zone.
The sign did not say no parking, it said the parking spot is reserved for our law enforcement partners
Walmart is in Liberty township, in Trumbull county

If you want to try to fight the ticket, use the Find a Lawyer tab to retain a local attorney who can try to find a reason to argue that the ticket is not valid. Otherwise, courts typically are supportive of law enforcement, and will not have much sympathy for you if you are not law enforcement. As an alternative, WalMart could have had your vehicle towed, which would probably have cost you more and been a much greater inconvenience.
