they say I got a confinement bail what is that mean have a bench warrant and turning myself in what can or will happen to me scared will I go to jail or need money for bail ?
Honestly, there is no way to answer that question based on the facts presented. Turning yourself in on a bench warrant generally will give you credit with a judge. It means you came in of your own volition and they didnt have to find you. If you didnt get notice the question is did you change your address and forget to notify them? You are requried to do that as a conditional of bail. If you didnt you can still be found in contempt. Finally, the charges that you are facing are an important determinant. A lot of times the judge will just reinstate bail but there are a lot of factors that could make this into something more serious. At least talk to a local attorney who knows the judges and how bench warrants are handled. If you can't afford an attorney make sure you apply for the public defender.
