A judge can typically lift the Stay Away order. He needs to go WITH YOU to the court that granted probation so that you can personally tell the judge you do not want to be separated legally. Also, call the probation officer. They must hear from you.

I am assuming there was some sort of no contact order as part of his sentence. I would have him make plans to move out just to avoid a probation violation. In the meantime, contact a lawyer and have him petition the court to lift the no contact order.

Have your husband talk to an attorney about this. Arrangements can be made with POs all the time, and it sounds this one just has either no patience or wants it their way. However, maybe it is a good idea for your husband not to live with you; PO knows the case and what happened. You can also contact the supervisor of the PO to talk with them, and maybe they can communicate with the former PO about their position. Good luck.

I am assuming he had an attorney at his sentencing. The only way to lift a no contact order is to petition the court to remove the condition of probation. I tell him to consult with hjs attorney. There is really nothing you can do at this stage except testify at the hearing if needed. Definitely have him talk to an attorney.
