I am 2½ years into my 3 years post. The guy hates me. He is making my life miserable. Please tell mw how to switch. He threw mw out of his office with security when I asked to see his supervisor.
I would tread very carefully and think about your decision again. You have 6 months to go. Changing PO's might take six months and the next PO will see you as a trouble maker. If you have a real problem, consider hiring an attorney to smooth things out.
Any response I provide is meant as a general view on the subject and is no way intended to be specific legal advice to any individual. If you wish specific advice, you should hire and consult with an attorney of your choosing.
You don't have a right to choose a PO you like. If you feel you are being treated unfairly, contact the lawyer who represented you or hire a new lawyer to intervene on your behalf.

Is it parole or probation. Three years post sound like parole. If you have another six months left, just comply with everything he says. It might be hard, but it will be the easiest why not to be violated. Do not give them an excuse to violate you.
