I was friends with this man for about 4 months and we talked a lot and I shared some of my private feeling with him through text messages. Now I have asked him to leave me alone and now this morning he sent me a text message saying he was going to print off all our text messages and take them to all the people that I share feeling about and expose me for the TOXIC person that I am. He is currently living in Iowa but was recently in court in Seattle WA for a violation of no contact order and was placed on probation for 1 year. Is there anything I can do to stop him from doing this and if he does do this is it a probation violation?
The terms and conditions of probation are usually set forth in the written court order. You can read the court file.
To prevent public disclosure of private information, you might want to try to sue and obtain an injunction.
