i got into an accident 6 yers ago and i had no insurance that time. And i didnt knew that the policy was canceled due to change of address. my policy was reinstated next day .and gave it to other insurance party. they start suing me for $6600 in damage. than 3 years later they raised to $36600 and 2 years latter again for $66.600 off course i dont have this much money. when i called them and explain that i was injured to in the accident and cant pay what they ask. i ask them that i can only try to settle firs amount that they ask first 3 years $6600 to $3600. but they dont want to make any sattlement with unless i pay in full $66.600 so i just start ignored them.and now 6years later they make a judgement against me and suspend my drivers license .Also not sure if the bankruptcy can help.because they saing i was under the influeince at the time of the accident, i had a prescription pain killers in the car.but didnt use that time ,cops want me to arrest me first when i was in the hospital but after blood check i got all back for not enough evidence
Not clear why your license is suspended. Go to the DMV and find out what needs to be done to get your license back. Good luck to you.
