I work in a hospital as an executive. I was just informed that I was being investigated for sexual harassment. I have never had this occur in the past. My last annual review was excellent. What are my options?
You should certainly contact a labor and employment attorney to possibly retain to represent your interests in the matter as you don't have many legal safeguards as the alleged perpetrator of sexual harassment expecially if you are considered an at-will employee.
