I live in Hibbing Mn and 2017 this guy was arrested in Superior Wisconsin for fraud and being on parole. Can I get sent to a different state for something I'm being charged for and it's not a felony. He's accusing me of stealing his food when he told me to take it. What should I do?
What can you do? Get a lawyer and defend yourself.

A person is prosecutor in the state and county where the alleged offense ocurred. If state of residence and state of offense are different, a defendant can be arrested in home state and then extradited to the state of the alleged offense. Hope that answers your question.
You should consult with an experienced criminal defense attorney in Wisconsin to determine if you can be extradited for this offense.
