They are adding money to my bill with no explanation ascot why or what. We had problems in past keeping up on their outragious prices so been shut off a few times signed many payment plan agreements to which they never activated (6 to be exact) which caused us to be shut off again an have to pay an extra $75 everytime! At one point we paid bill in full $1200 and still took almost a week to get turned back on & their reason was they couldn't read the fax it was coming in to light! I do not have a working phone nor the money to use a pay phone. Correction phone can receive calls but if we try to answer I lose the call. I can't afford to go buy a new phone. I can barely make my bills monthly. I have several times request they email me or even Facebook chat me. No one there will work with me & give me the bosses number. They won't let you speak to a supervisor! They call my home 7 days a week at least 3 times a day! I can't take no more & I would like to take them to court! And now they tagged our door to shut us off again!
Try calling your local elected officials. They usually have staff to assist constituents with type of problems.
