My husband and I are not legal separated or divorced. I moved out and he moved a girl in to our house. Can he legally have a girl move in and keep me out of my house that I own?
Nothing illegal there unless she presents some sort of danger to premises or to minor children (if they reside with husband) - which would still need to be determined by Court.
