Went into the management office last week and they told me I would need my grandmother to remove my daughter and I off the lease . I honestly don't how to go about this situation. She wont take us off for her own benefit and I no longer live there
Dear Manhattan Tenant
What is the benefit to your grandmother's tenancy keeping you as a co-tenant with her on the lease? What inspired you to visit a management office for a building you are not a resident? When you looked at the lease you realized your grandmother crossed a line and became a criminal? Did you find out how to bring your grandmother to the manager to face tenancy termination for falsely renewing the lease?
