Call the court and see if they issued a failure to appear and if so ask for a new court date. If a warrant go down and pay it to get a new court date so you don't get arrested.
Call the Court and see if they issued an just an FTA or a warrant. If an FTA (failure to appear) they will just give you a new date. If the warrant post the bail and get a new date and go in take care of the ticket when summoned. Tell the Judge what happened on the FTA contempt and there likely will be only a minor fine if not dismissed entirely. If you have a defense to the handicapped use it, by that I mean a placard of some kind not that you were in a rush.
Call the court and see if they will cut you a break. If a warrant was issued you will need to pay it and you can apply the balance towards any fines you are assessed.
