So I missed 2 months of fines in the Arkansas court for my felony charges and now have a warrant issued for me... I paid off the fines I missed and now am trying to figure out if there's a way to drop the warrant without having to spend time in jail. Is that possible?
It's possible, but not without an attorney. And even then there are no guarantees. The facts will be important. So consult a criminal defense attorney and trust their advice.
I second Mr. Dowden here -- you need to hire an attorney ASAP. There may be a way to get the warrant quashed (recalled), or at least a way to turn yourself in and get released on citation with as little time in jail as possible. These are all things that a knowledgeable defense attorney can advise and assist you with. Good luck!

As these two fine attorneys have stated, you may or may not be able to take care of this warrant without spending a night (or more) in jail; but to even have a chance at that, you need an attorney.
