I'm pursuing PhD. I got my OPT last year. Im applying for H-1B. If my PhD doesn't completed, can I work when H1B is approved?

you did not provide enough information. What is the specialty occupation for the H-1B? What is the educational level required for the position? Do you meet that requirement without your PhD?
