I'm in middle of an article 78, against my local municipality, the lawyer on the other side representing the municipality LIED in his paperwork, he swore under perjury that the evidence he included in the brief were true, while its clear in the brief that he outright lied. Do I have any recourse? He's a bar member in N.Y. and NJ
If you can prove the lie to the bar association or in another proceeding you can prove the lie to the judge you are in front of....and that is the best and often the only way to do so.
