No communication wont answer or return phone calls. Sending me crappy abusive emails. Wont file the Trustee Deed at the courthouse because my name is on it too. He thinks he is the sole owner of the house now. We dont have insurance on the house first because he didn't pay the bill and now because the house has to be in a name not in a trust.

If you are a beneficiary of a trust you are entitled to copies of the trust and accounting. Sounds like you may need to file suit to remove the trustee and have that person account for actions taken.
You need to get with an experienced probate law attorney who handles litigation. I know what these cases are like, having handled a number. Please understand that this site does not allow us to recommend any attorney or firm, you need to do your own calling or checking with attorneys directly.
