Even the police think my ex is full of it. He wants to punish me for leaving him and the courts may help him. I have no faith in the system the truth does not come out I won’t be tried in absentia but I will be sentenced in Absentia if I think things are going wrong. My sentencing guidelines are 15 years to life with parole. He wants to take the rest of my life away from me. Obviously I need another option
IF I understand the question you are asking, you're apparently considering leaving the jurisdiction in the event you are convicted. In my opinion zero time ought to be expended in pursuit of such an idea. There are all kinds of reasons I have for saying that but I'll reveal just one. I'm curious especially whether you have posed this to your attorney. Asking random lawyers on the Internet is a no go while a case, especially one as serious as this is pending. In any event, during the pendency of trial, you time and energies need to be devoted like a laser beam toward one thing, your defense. Any time devoted to anything else is, at best, a distraction. Good luck with this matter.
Posting on a public website that you are planning to jump bail is just plain stupid.
