I’m getting divorce he’s on disability and I’ve paid for everything I’m conservator over him person and finance
You cannot serve as a conservator and file for a divorce against the person over whom you are appointed as conservator. That is a major conflict of interest. You would have to resign as conservator (by petitioning the Court) and have the Court appoint a new conservator over your husband.
