I’m done with my DUI classes now I had a Surrender my drivers license To the juge and what can I do see about my License
I was stop 2017 Jan at 800 pm when the officer ask me to get out of the car and walk over the side walk and take a Breathalyzer and I took it and took it and then he told me place my hand behind my back and charge me with a DUI so I went to jail and got out and went to court and surrender my license and I want to know if I did that should I get my Driver license back Since I surrender to judge

First, ask your lawyer why the Judge took your license and what exactly was said regarding a suspension; or, call the DMV Mandatory Actions Unit 1.916.657.6525 to find out what they will require to reinstate your license.
