I'm 16 and I live with my grandmother, mother, and 8 year old sister. My great grandparents originally own the house but they're deceased and we just continued living here. My mom is an unfit parent, she has drug problems, and she doesn't take of me and my sister. My dad is deceased and I get a $900 survivors check every month and I see NONE of it. My Nana mentally and financially takes care of us, other than food stamps. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I can't take all the emotional and verbal abuse from my mother and my Nana won't make her leave. I don't want to get CPS involved because of my sister. Can I get married or emancipated without her consent? I have a job, car, and I go to school. My boyfriend's mom mentors me and said I can live there. That what I want to do.

You may qualify for emancipation but you should understand that courts are reluctant to grant emancipation. If you are serious about the request you should consult with a local family law attorney who can answer the specifics questions and also discuss any other options available to you.
