2 1/2 yrs ago I was given an additional 3 yrs probation due to the payment of $. Four yrs ago I was placed on ss disability and receive 1,253 @ mo. In the past 71/2 yrs I have never missed a payment or meeting and do not have any altercations with the law. As to date, I have pd 56,450 and hope to pay 6,100 before my probation ends in June 2015. What do you think the judge will do?? My po has always told me to pay as much as I could. I have a mountain of Dr, med and insurance bills. But, this has been my first priority.
First, you should really consult with a an attorney and if violated by your probation officer for non-payment, request a court appointed attorney. I would hope that given your positive efforts to make payments and the fact that your probation has already been extended, your probation could be terminated as unsuccessful. I do not believe that a judge will revoke you because you've made your best effort.
