Landlord refused to provide paent agreement until beneficial for them. We have agreement statingbwe communicate electronically. Filed special detain on the 6th, when they were notified on FMLA leave 21 days prior. Then tool payment, and after asking why I paid more rent for SS size unit but 10 year old carpet and grou d level flooring, proceeded to Evict, also refused remainder of payment. We're notified in Jan. of theft of license, keys to mail and home. Filed police report never re keyed doors. Called police in regard to harassment, would not take statement, notified landlord in writing, them they want to evict. Filed summons leaving out my payment and stating that I signed a payment agreement that I said I wouldn't? Deleted my third party account to even pay! Have documented dates, places and history of harassment. Sounds like they want my money, plus me to pay for new tile, carpet, and the hole in the bathroom. Still can't pay as will not accept. Have court again after judgment entered without all the facts. Also, I had one payment arrangement, and the actual owner has only had units sin Jan. 16, but I didn't know this?
I cannot make sense of your narrative and, therefore, cannot tell you where you stand. You need to see a lawyer who can ask you the right questions. And it sounds like you need to do so quickly.
