So the owner sold me the gun in about 3 weeks I get a call back telling me I can't legally possess a firearm because of a dead docket case which was 14 years ago can someone help me with advice
Speak to get ready to turn in the state where you apparently have a conviction. Your entire record would need to be understood before knowing whether or not you are allowed to possess firearms, or whether you are currently a felon in possession who could be arrested at any moment. No way to tell online. Good luck to you.
