I have power of attorney over my father my half sister is living in the house and she says that she does not have to move out until she gets an eviction notice from the Constable the house is going for folks closure and she has paid no bills has paid nothing and I need to get her out without a bunch of trouble from her
If the house is going to be sold at foreclosure eviction will be the new owner's problem. If you intend to keep the property out of foreclosure and want her evicted then the owner has to bring the eviction suit. I cannot tell how many rights you possess. You should talk to a local real estate attorney, and bring along your power of attorney.
